House Rules & Important Information for Your Stay

§1 General

Welcome to our self-catering holiday home in Arlberg!
Below you will find some useful information to help you plan your stay at the lodge.

  • Self-Catering & Amenities: Please note: For hygienic reasons, we do not provide any food. This also applies to basic foodstuffs such as oil, vinegar, coffee, or spices. Supermarkets are open until 7:00 PM on Saturdays and also on Sunday afternoons during high season. Naturally, a fully equipped kitchen with dish soap and dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent for the washing machine, as well as toilet paper and hand soap in the bathrooms is provided. Fresh bed linen and towels are also already prepared for you upon your arrival.

  • EV Charging: In the garage, you will find a dedicated socket with a meter for charging your electric or hybrid car. Please remember to bring any necessary adapters yourself. We will read the meter upon your arrival and departure; the consumed electricity will be charged at the current rate and is not included in the rental price. Further information can be found directly in the lodge.

  • Information Folder: Please also take a look at our information folder. There you will find important phone numbers, ski bus departure times, shop opening hours, restaurant tips, and much more.

§2 Arrival Departure

  • Check-in: The lodge is available to you from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival.

  • Check-out: We kindly ask you to vacate the lodge by 10:00 AM on the day of departure so that we can prepare it for the next guests.

§3 Cleanliness

We kindly ask you to keep the lodge clean during your stay. Please leave the dishes washed and the trash disposed of on the day of departure. Thank you!

§4 Waste Separation

Waste separation is mandatory in Tyrol. Please use the designated bins.

§5 Furnishings & Inventory

Please do not change the location of the furniture. Should you notice or cause any damage, please inform us immediately.

§6 No Smoking

Smoking is not permitted throughout the entire house.

§7 Pets

Pets are not permitted.

§8 Damage and Liability

The guest is liable for any damage caused by them or members of their party. The host assumes no liability for the loss of guests’ valuables.

§9 Visitors

The lodge is to be used exclusively by the number of guests registered in the booking. Visitors and additional overnight guests are not permitted unless explicitly agreed upon with the host in advance.

The Arlberg Kandahar Lodge is a place for you to relax and unwind. We ask that you treat it with the greatest care. Please handle all furnishings and items respectfully so that future guests can also enjoy a pleasant and memorable holiday.
