House Rules & Important Information for Your Stay

§1 General

Welcome to our self-catering holiday house on the Arlberg! To help you plan your stay at the Lodge in the best way, we have summarised the most important information for you here.

  • Self-catering & equipment: A note in advance: for hygiene reasons we do not provide any groceries. This also applies to basic items such as oil, vinegar, coffee or spices. Supermarkets are open for you until 7:00 pm on Saturdays and, during peak season, also on Sunday afternoons. Of course, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with washing-up liquid and dishwasher tabs, washing detergent for the laundry machine as well as toilet paper and hand soap in the bathrooms. Fresh bed linen and towels are also already prepared for you on arrival.
  • EV charging: In the garage you will find a dedicated socket with a meter for charging your electric or hybrid car. Please remember to bring any required adapters yourself. We read the meter on your arrival and departure; the electricity used is billed at the current rate and is not included in the rental price. You can find more information directly in the Lodge.
  • Information folder: Please also have a look at our information folder. There you will find important phone numbers, ski bus departure times, opening hours of the shops, restaurant tips and much more.

§2 Arrival & Departure

  • Check-in: The Lodge is available to you on the day of arrival from 4:00 pm.
  • Check-out: We kindly ask you to vacate the Lodge on the day of departure by 10:00 am at the latest, so that we can prepare it for the next guests.

§3 Cleanliness

Please keep the Lodge clean during your stay. On the day of departure please leave the dishes washed and the rubbish disposed of. Thank you!

§4 Waste Separation

In Tyrol, waste separation is mandatory. Please use the containers provided.

§5 Furnishings & Inventory

Please do not change the position of the furniture. If you notice or cause any damage, please let us know immediately.

§6 Smoking

Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house.

§7 Pets

Unfortunately, bringing pets is not allowed.

§8 Liability

As a tenant you are liable for damage caused by you or your travel companions. We cannot accept any liability for your valuables.

§9 Visitors

The Lodge is reserved exclusively for the registered guests. Additional overnight guests are only possible after explicit consultation with us.

The Arlberg Kandahar Lodge is meant to be a place of relaxation. We kindly ask you to treat the house and its furnishings with care, so that subsequent guests can also enjoy a carefree holiday.
